Measuring Parameters - Line Wear

The Line Wear parameter is multiplication of the travelling block movement by the Hook Load parameter. This is accumulated value that sums all previous calculated Line Wear values.

The important point also is that physical wearing of rope is affected by Lines Strung of the rig. So, bigger Lines Strung number leads to faster wearing with the same Line Wear parameter.   

The DEL-150 System requires DPS-140 series encoder/proximity sensors as well as DN-130 series load sensor for deriving of the Line Wear parameter.
