DN130 load sensor - is an attachable sensor used to measure cable load. SKPB DEL – 150 measures weight on hook, tong torque, cable load.
To measure weight on hook DN130 is mounted on the fixed drill/workover rig cable end.
To measure tong torque DN130 is mounted on a mechanical or hydraulic-driven tong cable.
DN130 is listed on the National Register of Measuring Equipment.
Capabilities:
- Same size sensors are interchangeable;
- The sensor is Ex-rated;
- The non-volatile memory stores two calibration tables (on request.
Design Features:
- The advanced sensor design enables much higher weight on hook accuracy compared to conventional sensors;
- Distributed load on the sensor mounted to the hosting rig cable eliminates«setup error»;
- No threaded connections to mount the sensor;
- DN130 load sensors are available for four cable sizes.
