Wireless Sensors

Product line of the wireless sensors, included in the DEL-150 System, has been constantly expanding. The main advantage of such a connection is the possibility of using measuring devices in places where constant movement or rotation occurs during operation. At drilling sites, these are usually tongs.

The first sensor "disconnected" from the cable line was the DKM-140R, which was created to measure the torque on the cardan transmission of the rotary table for further recalculation to the Rotary Torque parameter. The frost-resistant battery pack located inside the thick-walled case was designed to work for one year, but the algorithm of operation used in the sensor software made it possible to double the performance of the battery pack under the same conditions.

Work with wireless devices is carried out in the Company constantly and in the process of this work new sensors and devices appear.
